With life seemingly back to normal, Parker (Nick Hargrove) tips off Maggie (Sarah Jeffery) to a mysterious death on campus that might be of demonic nature. After the sisters consult with Harry (Rupert Evans), they try to trap the creature, but they soon realize that not everyone can avoid its powers. Meanwhile, Galvin (Ser’Darius Blain) remembers something from his grandma’s stories that could help Macy (Madeleine Mantock) overcome her dark side.

“Charmed” and “Legacies” are getting second seasons, while “Black Lightning” and “Dynasty” are being greenlit for a third season. Rounding out the early renewals are “Riverdale,” “Arrow,” “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow,” “The Flash,” “Supergirl,” and “Supernatural,” the latter of which will be going into its 15th season.

Gideon and Levi are a brother duo from a show within the show — a 1990s TV drama called “Heaven’s Vice” — on which they are tasked with saving mankind from the devil and his minions. Through a “magical mix-up,” they cross over into the real world and arrive in Hilltown via a portal, understandably confused and “quite the handful” for the sisters.

Macy (Madeleine Mantock) is eager to share the information she has learned with her sisters, but is thrown by their reaction to the news. To cheer herself up, Maggie (Sarah Jeffery) decides to try out for an a capella group, but something doesn’t feel right about the group. Meanwhile, Mel (Melonie Diaz) runs into an unexpected person from her past.
