Mixing Firsts 2022/11

Brought some tunes together at sundown today.

Just got my Pioneer gear a few months ago, and cannot wait to be able to play with headsets! What happened today: I felt an itch I needed to scratch...got home after running around town and running errands, and decided to make a mix for a friend. I began by downloading fresh tunes off Soundcloud, and blindly went into mixing. The best kind of fun when you don’t know what song is coming next (some of which I have never heard before) -- and with 0 expecations, too. Some BPM’s (speeds) are a bit intense and getting them to the same speed was a challenge to say the least!

No video here to match, but once things are more collected and I get more practice underway, I’ll be sure to share more.

Thanks to Farrah, Ian, Jodie, Sarah, and Vanessa for their continued support with pursuing my passion for DJ’ing.
