I can’t seem to drink enough water. These are the mundane things. Reminders that life can be a series of routines, but they always keep evolving. The past few weeks have tested my routines and anchors. Feeling grateful to Mother Nature for giving me a place to recuperate. To all those feeling a heavy pull or a hard moment, let’s keep going.
