Just try not to worry. You'll see them someday.

And stop crying your heart out.”

bailey is a 2nd generation professional wrestler who loves the sport to a fault. he’s not only a spitting image of his dad and that replicates in his career as well. known as nxt superstar charlie dempsey, he finds himself as an afterthought in his own workplace which is frustrating. the wwe is a big company filled with many talented wrestlers that don’t necessarily fit the image of what they believe is a superstar. bailey is only 29 years old but has the mindset of someone twice his age. raised in discipline, combat, hard work, grit, there’s nothing flashy about anything he does. he doesn’t crave a social media following, he’s one of the first ones in the parking lot at the performance center. it isn’t a total loss though, he does get recognition but it tends to be outside of his employer. japan excursions, josh barnett’s bloodsport opportunities, things that he actually loves.
bailey (in real time) just goes through the motions because that’s what a good soldier does. he remains hopeful in any case but these days, he just waits for the conversation that his contract won’t be renewed. he’s grateful, but hungry for more. not so much of a grump (opinions may vary) but a realist.
connections;
@nxtwren | an unlikely friendship but one he cherishes a lot more than she realizes. madi brings out a more playful side of him that he thought he buried years ago.
