2 days ago I created my first Custom Content or Recolor, whatever its called. I have been looking for something like this forever, and since I never found it, I created it instead.

This is a Star Labs sweater/shirt for your Sims. Base Game Compatible. Not in Simlish (Sorry!) but otherwise Maxis Match.
