I’ve been to therapy several times and that shower did more for me than those sessions ever could.

— Rachel Wolchin
“This is the strange way of the world, that people who simply want to love are instead forced to become warriors.”
— Lauren Oliver, Requiem
“What I really want is someone who will wake me up early so I won’t miss a sunrise.”

“Loving someone is giving them the power to hurt you, but trusting them not to.”
— Tommy Brown (Criminal Minds)
“Sometimes we get sad about things and we don’t like to tell other people that we are sad about them. We like to keep it a secret. Or sometimes, we are sad but we really don’t know why we are sad, so we say we aren’t sad but we really are.”
— Mark Haddon
