HAPPY NEW YEAR! 

The same old shit, different day. Everyone wants to celebrate the New Year and set the same goals, with the same lack of effort . . . no one ever really sticks to the whole “New Year New Me” bullshit we have all been spitting since the beginning of time. But me... I knew this year would be different for me. Didn’t think the world would be in the stage of emergencies due to all of this COVID shit but . . I did know that there were a handful of things that I just HAD to accomplish or at least get the ball rolling on. 

Everyone starts the year off with the same mindset. The same mood, positive energy, and high hopes for the year. Me. I just knew this year would be all about self-growth and coming for all the opportunities I felt owed and deprived of. I never once limited myself but out of all the things I added to my to-do list for the year I never once thought..finding love within myself and for myself would show me a version of myself I hadn’t experienced yet. 

The chaos that 2020 brought harbored a bigger purpose, and for that I am so grateful for what we can call the “Year of Clarity.”
