What does Chiara do when she’s not blogging? Let me tell you. But hold on because it will be a bumpy ride. Her morning consists of photo shoots and press interviews where she then spends her lunchtime with friends, clients or business partners discussing future plans. Her afternoons then usually consist of business meetings and either another photo shoot or press interview. As well as travelling a great deal for business trips. Now, walk a mile in her loafers; with a busy schedule like hers, you’d have at least more than 2 blisters. This is when you need to think fashion-smart.

Each season has a trend, but the “classics” are a women’s best friend. When it’s summer or winter, almost nothing’s harder than getting dressed and going outside, which is where the perfect white t-shirt comes in. The simple basic is transitional and is a versatile essential that can be worn in a number of outfits, no matter the season. It’s an investment piece that transcends the boundaries of truly investing in big name brands. When it comes to purchasing a white t-shirt, think quality not quantity.

  When your schedule is jam-packed (like Chiara’s), the last thing you want to be doing is spending hours trying to find several perfect outfits to wear to each occasion. Especially when you’re a traveller, you want to carry light (more room in the suitcase to shop I say!) as well as having a busy day really takes time off the clock. With Chiara being known for wearing her signature white tee often, it truly reflects her versatile yet creative style. Now considering the white t-shirt, it’s easy to emulate her look and twist it to suit your style.

When all else fails, wear a white t-shirt. Why white you say? As Tom Ford put it, “it’s like the same feeling as getting into crisp, fresh sheets at night.” It has the ability to elevate the dullest outfit, polish broken-in jeans, and brighten a grey face.
