You can only have an effective team if: 1. Everyone participates-There is a big difference between commitment and involvement. A chicken is only involved in giving eggs but a pig is committed to give you bacon(that means it has to die) For you to be effective you have to lay down your life. If Christ lives in you,then you should be dead coz flesh and Christ can't work at the same time. My commitment is crucial for the success of a team. Serve in the team like you are the leader and desire success and not failure. My spiritual authority always says silent people in the team are always dangerous coz you don't know what they thinking, planning and afterwards how they will execute. Be a participator not a silent follower. Give out ideas,share out your views and let's grow the team. When you leave us maybe coz of a transfer or unavoidable reasons,then we should feel it and not be like let's continue coz whether you're there or not,there's no difference.
