“I’ve had too much practice resisting. You’re going to have to up your game.” He chuckled. It was surreal that the relationship had continued for so long. There was a time when Champ thought a future with Jackson was merely a hopeless dream. “No, there wasn’t anything interesting to schedule so I turned the offers down.”
