Ah, you’re a mother then? I wish I could have kids of my own, but I know it’s not possible. After all though, Essen is all I need. Raised him myself, y’know, I’m the best big brother out there.

How old are they? I’m curious.

      For his brother, at least. Justin definitely qualified for an award from his little sister--and she, in turn, qualified for her own sister award.

      With how the boy before her wasn’t wearing a jacket, or even had one with him, and how she could feel the chill setting in by the skin on her face..if he didn’t get something to keep him warm, he was going to get cold very quickly. She didn’t have very far to go before she was inside a building--with heating, surely--but she wasn’t sure how far he might have to go before he reached a heat source. An idea crossing her mind, she had taken off her jacket and made to give it to him, but..

“Aaa..I’m sorry. I just figured that without a jacket, you’d end up getting pretty cold.. Ah, but..maybe we don’t have to stay strangers, at least?”

      Retracting the arm that held out the jacket and replacing it with an empty hand for him to shake, she gave a smile..

      A tight frown forms on her lips at reading his response. She knew she could trust him with this sort of thing..but would it really be so easy to hide the truth from her children? What would they think of her, being involved with the mafia? ...Could she maybe cover it, if they found out? They had such a positive reaction to Elodie as Captain Catalyst--though the mafia and her work were two very different sides of justice--maybe she could just..tell them it was like a super secret league of somewhat less super heroes? Would they accept that?

      And then there was the even greater problem. Ian had a point, with his last statement. She could put her trust in some of the police force of the city, and she definitely trusted Elodie..but not every cop was a good cop. Not all cops were going to keep her children safe. As a part of the family, she and they would surely have at least some form of protection, right? And with the goal Ian had in mind for the family...

[Kara]: No version of her is a good idea to fight with, unless you have a way to beat time. She owns quite a few items that make her a threat in fights, even when she can't manipulate the time frame or your own speed.

[Selena]: Dear God, why would you. This demoness specializes in figuring out what you're afraid of, and using it to create a personal hell for you. Once she gets you inside of her illusion prison, you can never leave. She will slowly destroy your mind, inside of it, and then she will eat you. Unless you can overpower her own illusions, and trap her first, you will not win.

[Aleesa]: Again, why would you, but for different reasons. She's going to be the easiest to fight, especially if you don't let her get near the forest. Get her in an open field, and be quicker than her, and you're good to go. She's strong, and she knows how to use her claws to kill if she needs, but she most likely won't do it.

[Alan “Quake” Rochet]: If you get him in a mood to fight, be prepared for a good one. He doesn't mess around, in times like these, and if he's pissed off, he's definitely going to try and hurt you. Use this to your advantage, but don't get him too worked up or else..

[Talamh]: The much more dangerous spirit element, tied to Alan's soul. This guy is literally the earth, and doesn't care about whether he kills you or not. Mess with him, and he might just bury you in the planet's core.

[Kahra]: When she's young, she'll be a pretty easy fight. She will make an attempt to fight back, and her claws are something to watch out for, but she's slow, so it won't be hard to get around them. When she's older, however, you want to keep from picking a fight with her. She's been trained by a highly skilled assassin, at this point, and she is a masochist. Hurting her will only please her, and make her want to hurt you worse. She fights with knives and wires, and has definitely picked up on her speed. She will set traps, and she will happily shred you like a slice of cheese, or fill you with knives and make you a cactus. Don't fight her.

[Kristin Techni]: Rogue of Rage, and uses a large weapon, but not as dangerous as she could be. You'll have a good chance with fighting her, as long as you're fast. Avoid being hit by her weapon and you should be in the clear. Just be wary of the fact that killing her once might not keep her down. Prepare for a long fight. If you let your guard down, she will get you back.
