Certi After Dark (18+)

You stretched languidly in the warm rays of the late morning sun that poured in through sheer curtains as they danced in the soft summer breeze. There was a low, near inaudible hum there in the room with you and it was accompanied by the familiar vibrations of mechanical workings thrumming inside a robotic form as it lie in a state of repose. The silk sheets that clung to your bare flesh spared you a paltry sense of decency in the presence of your bed partner as you rolled onto your back to meet his gaze. He was there beside you, head propped up on one arm and staring down at you with the expected tetchy expression he often wore when you'd unknowingly done something to displease him.

It didn't come at all as a surprise to see him leveling such a look at you, though the fact that he was there at all was another matter entirely.

It wasn't like him to wait around afterward, especially when you fell asleep, and it certainly wasn't in his usual modus operandi to remain in bed with you. Something was amiss and you must've been wearing that thought on your face, because his optics rolled back in annoyance at the mere sight of you.

You debated whether or not you wanted to question him; to risk angering him further with needless prodding when you knew you were unlikely to receive an answer anyhow. Before you could even finish your consideration, however, you found yourself being effortlessly forced back onto your stomach with one massive, capable hand.

Your whole body tensed and alarms began to ring in your mind.

What was he going to do to you? What had you done in your slumber to infuriate him so? Thus far this new arrangement had been one of mutual enjoyment and pleasure, but you didn't truly know him, didn't know what he was capable of. This whole thing could go south at any moment...

You feared that it was about to do precisely that.

Fingers pressed against your scalp with enough force to keep your face buried against the pillow. You clenched your eyes shut, held your breath and braced for the worst. Then the fingers began to shift ever so slightly, slow and rhythmic, back and forth.

The breath you held passed through your lips in an involuntary sigh, and you relaxed under the alarmingly tender touch. The clawed digits stroked at your scalp, drawing soft little moans from your lips as they trailed slowly and methodically down. He grazed them almost featherlight across the nape of your neck and earned a small shiver in response.

A velvety chuckle rolled across your consciousness, seemingly in delight at your body's reaction to his gentle attentions. Sharp fingertips continued their journey, dancing across your shoulders and tracing teasing little circles that prickled your flesh under such delicate stimulation. Then they moved on, further down your back along the path of your spine to elicit more full body shivers.

He paused a moment, hand resting at the small of your back and fingers drumming in an almost thoughtful rhythm as though he were considering his next move before he walked two digits back up along your spine in an unexpectedly playful manner. His hand came to your shoulder once more, fingers slipping forward and along your collarbone until you felt the sharp sting of those perfectly keened claws dipping into your flesh.

Something between a gasp and a moan poured from your lips and brought forth another laugh from him. Then his hand was back on the move and sliding back over your shoulder, following its earlier trail down, down, down.

He didn't stop at the small of your back. He kept going, fingertips pressing much more forcefully this time. Your shivers had turned to tremors as he raked those dagger-like nails of his across fragile, supple flesh and down to your thigh. He gripped a handful, leaned into you, and purred a menacing command against the whorl of your ear.
