seriously? i’m not 100% thrilled with the ep announcement so far either - it seems a bit aimless, like i can’t really pinpoint what it’s trying to be. but people are acting like ea was sending flyers to their homes promising a family-themed expansion in a rural neighborhood with toddlers, pets and an open world. come on, calm down a bit. none of these things were even hinted.

PeterSims has compiled a list of “Traits and Aspirations removed from The Sims 4 early in development. A few traits in this list were merged with similar traits and others were removed due to constraints or to comply with the ESRB/PEGI rating standard.”
It’s a shame, a lot of these seem pretty cool!
My favorites are Magnetism, Teleporter, and Hypochondriac! The Tranquility aspiration also looks pretty cool. Which of these traits do you wish had made the cut?

One thing to add, the beach spots are not build mode enabled. That is why we are using the packing crate mod. It’s a bit of a pain to get all the objects to show up in the right place, but a little bit of tweaking can achieve pretty cool results!

oh man, i genuinely can’t pick one! obviously the hp saga is forever one of my faves. also the chronicles of narnia by c.s. lewis, world according to garp by john irving, moominland midwinter by tove jansson, kafka on the shore by haruki murakami and huolimattomia unelmia (careless dreams) by juha itkonen. all wonderful. ohhhh and the one true harry potter fanfic, sacrifices arc, deserves a mention. one of the best pieces of literature i’ve ever read.
2) Would you like to be famous and what for?
being a famous writer would be pretty rad!
3) What do you think would be the hardest thing for you to give up? Why would it be hard to lose?

that i don’t love them. i hate hurting people, and even though it’s shitty, i’ve lied about my feelings towards others before to avoid hurting theirs. (i was in the mature age of 15-16 at the time tho so i don’t really hold myself fully accountable...) though now that i think about it, saying minä rakastan sinua to someone would be really fucking hard as well. (i love you and minä rakastan sinua are in totally two different leagues for me tbh) i'm so emotionally stunted, the words feel weird in my mouth. but yeah, i'd still rather say them than tell someone i don't love them back
5) Would you rather be hurt by the one you trust the most or the one you love the most?
???? but WHY would you ask this. you’re making me think about sad things. i think those two very often mean the same thing for me, considering how big of a thing trust is for me before i can even admit to loving someone.
