Tentacool. I caught it when I was 15, and I think it's what started my interest in poison types, if it hadn't already carried over genetically.
Qwilfish (Hisuian). I just kept encountering this specific one around Kitakami during my trip there. That was a sign to take it home, I think.
Croagunk. A reminder of my home in Pastoria city. My mother loves poison types with all her heart and as a croagunk expert she encouraged me to get one before I started traveling for my studies.
And I suppose I should mention I have been recruited by Team Flare. It is mostly why I traveled to Kalos to begin with. They're a respectable organisation with a strong leader and do some genuinely incredible research, but they really need to re-evaluate their choice in outfits. That red-orange colour hurts my eyes and apparently not wearing it on the job can get you fired? Whatever. I don't really share their rather intense passion for making the world more beautiful either, but they fund my projects so I cannot complain.
