Rachel hums back in agreement, and sips at her matcha latte. She should probably finish it before class starts, according to the student handbook.

The red-eyed boy kicks one foot up on the desk, and leans back in his chair. At the front of the room, another, larger boy wearing glasses shoots to his feet and marches over.

“That is no way to treat school property!” He exclaims with rigid, slashing gestures. He turns, and slashes towards Rachel as well. “And you! Miss, this is a serious school, not a fashion shoot!”
