I’ve been lifting on and off for almost a year and a half now. I’m still not super strong due to some health setbacks that interfered with my training, but I’ve still made a lot of progress that I’m proud of. Lifting has also been really good for my mental and physical health even though I’m not getting PRs all the time. I used to be one of the least athletic people I know, but look at me now! 💪🏻
