how often does your muse get sick?

How often Erika gets sick:

Very rarely. Her diet is very strict, she hydrates regularly, and always strives to be as clean as possible.

Buuuut she also tends to catch colds on a regular basis in the summertime, usually from falling asleep in the air conditioned gym.

Erika’s skills and talents:

She’s well-versed in Kantonian history, mastered the art of traditional flower arrangement, and is immune to the various toxins and spores of Pokemon found in the Kanto/Johto region (mostly due to exposure). She’s also quite skilled at lying acting, is an excellent shot with a bow, and has extensive knowledge of both acupuncture and perfume-making.

Just don’t ask her to do things like drive a car or set up a wi-fi router. She’s absolutely useless when it comes to technology.

Something else that scares Erika (besides the other fear described here):

Fire. Surprising no one, the girl with the gaggle of Grass-types doesn’t like fire, but in her case, it’s a serious phobia. Many who make it to her gym only to breeze through it with a Charizard or Arcanine notice that when the flames from their attacks flicker a bit too close, the normally-serene Erika will flinch. Nightmares about being burned alive are also how most of her naps get interrupted.

Erika’s fighting style:

Due to her traditional upbringing, Erika is skilled with using a longbow, the katana/wakizashi combo, and the naginata, but the fighting style she excels at is a mix of Jeet Kune Do and I HAVE A KNIFE. In her dealings with Team Rocket, she almost learned the hard way that knowing sword forms and proper positions means nothing in a street fight, so she keeps a concealed blade on her person at all times while walking the streets of Celadon.

Something that makes Erika smile:

The serenity of the deep woods. No sounds but far-off bird Pokemon and the occasional Bug-types skittering, the forest floor dappled by sunlight breaking through the canopy... Here, she can finally feel at peace, finally free of responsibility, if only for a short spell, and no longer caught up in the endless crowds of the city.

What truly scares Erika:

Considering the sort of men that her father and Giovanni were, Erika knows all too well the evils that one can accomplish, but what keeps her up at night are the legends; Tales of gallant Pokemon who would strike down someone like the head of Team Rocket, or worse, someone like her, should they cross paths. Sure, she may prefer the company of the wilds’ Pokemon to the presence of humans, but there’s always the gnawing suspicion that, at any time, an ever-vigilant wurm or a Sacred Sword-swinger could be out there among the trees, watching and waiting for her to let her guard down...

What does Erika think of Giovanni? Considering he literally was under her city for a bit

Erika doesn’t exactly fear him (after all, she gave the organization the building that’d become the Game Corner), but she definitely respects him.

Like, it’s a huge, horrible crime syndicate, but at the same time, part of it relied on her, so while she wasn’t super ballsy or stupid and thought herself invulnerable, she knew that there was very little that Giovanni could do to her without compromising some aspect of the Rocket as a whole.
