for christmas, I got sick. I lost 5 pounds in five days!!!!!

starting a little fast now! just until about noon tomorrow. I'm responsible for most of the thanksgiving cooking, so I'll be in the kitchen for the morning. I plan to wear my retainer though, so I won't eat. Also, I've been watching God Save the Girl (on soap2day) and it's fabulous, plus the girl who plays Cassie from Skins is in it! Gonna keep watching ed movies, maybe while I cook too. And I can listen to subliminals in my earbuds while I cook (and just normal podcasts). Josh Johnson has a special out called Freshman Fifteen- given that I'm a freshman, trying very much to LOSE 15 lbs instead of gain it, as the saying goes, I'm hoping his set is all about meanspo. Probably won't be. Oh well. Perhaps I can get an AI to make me some ed content. Perhaps chatgpt.

I REALLY want to start losing weight again. I have been gaining a couple pounds and I've just been AFDICTED to eating. it is disgraceful. I need to focus on HEALTHY. I think eating less is hard for me, and that's okay. I need to choose VEGETABLES much more. It is worth it to spend money on cooked veggies at Safeway. It is worth it to not buy the hot chocolate, to not buy the cookies. I don't need to be hungry, I just need to eat HEALTHY, NO PROCESSED foods. Then I will be happy. Then I will be thin- never as thin as Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo- but thin enough. I HATE how pudgy I am. I HATE the fat lines on my butt and thighs. I am MORE BEAUTIFUL than this. I CHOOSE HEALTHY

I am joyful, zealous even, at how little I've eaten, on top of 24k steps!!!
I've had a lot of free time, with camp in the mornings but my afternoons empty, so I've just been exploring the town and finding cool shops. Can't wait to see my weight when I have access to a scale in a few days!
