I had an idea in my head and man-oh-man! It turned out WAY better than I hoped. I wanted to do a fluid art mani and I wanted to try the chain drag method. I don't know what it is actually called and I don't know who pioneered this technique. I can tell you that the first time I saw it, was on @iamdeliasnails page. *if you aren't following her...WHY NOT?? .Anyway, I wanted to do a liquid flame I guess you could call it. But ngl, it is kinda giving me Lava lamp vibes. .The polishes I used are: Oh Snap (yellow) from @orly Retrowave collection, Daredevil (orange) from @fairmaidenpolish , and Redrum (red) from @sinfulcolors_official's Hypnotic Transforming Topcoat. It is the collection that creates the cells. .I made my fluid art decals, using my own made fluid art polish. Then I put a stripe of each of the polishes. I dragged my chain across the stripes and voila...liquid flames! I used Crystal Clear from @salonperfect To make it shi-NAY .swipe to see the decal, before it went on my nails. . . . #hospitalhands #nailart #nailsoftheday #nailsĀ #naturalnailsĀ #nailsonfleek #mani #manicureĀ #fluidnaildesign #prettynails #nailart #nailtutorials #nailartwow #flames https://www.instagram.com/p/CS-mtSXHi1C/?utm_medium=tumblr
