well now itβs MY turn to ask about your haze/mountain thoughts
OH BOY OH BOY Iβm so glad you didβ¦ fair warning, this might be a lot I havnt talked about them in a while π₯Ή

But I have so many (SO MANY) headcanons about them.
Iβll be vague for now just to start but Mountain and Haze in my opinion are quite different from each other but in a way that makes them fit so well together.
Haze enjoys being outside like mountain does, though you can usually find her walking or moving around constantly, sometimes sheβll go on one of Aetherβs early morning jogs (sometimes Cirrus will join as well) or just go on a walk on her own if she canβt sleep thatβs actually how haze first got interest in mountain which I will elaborate on).
Mountain also enjoys being outside, though heβs usually found with a little less energy, usually by some plants heβs tending to if theyβre not in the greenhouse or under a tree with a book of some sort. Probably a fantasy or some nature themed textbook (heβs a fucking nerd but we love him).
Haze had met mountain plenty of times before she fell for him, REALLY fell for him. She would sneak glances at him every so often on tour since she was first summoned, but more in a curious way rather than in a crush way like she did after her feelings developed.
The moment hazes feelings for him actually accumulated (at least, the moment she noticed her feelings for him) she was on a walk late at night and just happened to bump into him there.
They had a nice conversation, nothing too serious, just about how she was adjusting after the first tour and also about plants too. Haze enjoys flowers and learning about them so you can imagine they talked a lot about that.
It wasnβt until when mountain picked a flower from one of the bushes he was teaching her about and put it behind her ear that she really realized just how much she enjoyed his presence. And just him in general..
Mountains always had a bit of a school crush on haze since she was summoned, he thought she was pretty and liked her smile more than anything, too.
Mountain never tried anything to test the waters with her, he usually let the new summons approach him when they were ready because he knew he could be a bit intimidating with his size.
Eventually after it seemed haze hadnβt noticed his efforts he started being more directly, sneakily trying to get his hands on her whenever he could, holding her hand, pulling her extra close when she sat next to him on the couch or his/her bed or when they were in the garden.
All that probably went on for about a week at most, then it hit haze that all of this wasnβt normal βfriendβ behavior between pack mates. So she sat all night thinking about before showing up at his door at 2 in the morning.
They talked about it (with their lips maybe..πβοΈ) and thatβs pretty much where I am with my ideas.
Headcanons now, I will definitely have to type up maybe in another post so I donβt overload anyone with all this so Iβll do that later tonight since Iβll be on the road for a little while!
