#Dinner. Arugula salad tossed with an açai blueberry truffle vinaigrette with freshly shaved Parmeggiano-reggiano and toasted tours seeds with garlic croutons. Served alongside balsamic roasted portobello mushrooms and freshly sliced avocado. Coupled with duck fat roasted purple potatoes and shallots covered in French grey sea salt and olive oil.
