Cats Off Counter Tops
One thing I’ve had to struggle with since moving into my first house with my 3 kitty cats, was keeping Sicily off the counter tops.
It was very frustrating having to constantly make sure that there was nothing left on the counters, no pots, no dishes in the sink. Some days we just wanna be a little lazy and just put the dishes in the sink and deal with them later. But Sicily would always go roaming into the kitchen to see what she can find for a snack.
I had done my research and, honestly, there isn’t much out there that can help with this. Some cats will fight through unpleasantness just to get that small reward. I was lucky that Sicily actually decided that it wasn’t worth dealing with anymore!
Sticky Paws was my answer!
Depending on how much counter space you need to cover, I ordered 2 packs and had 2 extra sheets leftover. I just stuck these along towards the edges of the counter to where she’d always jump up. After a few times of listening to her feet walking on the sticky surfaces, she finally decided it wasn’t worth it anymore!
(I left them on the counters for a week)
Granted, it’s a pain in the booty to remove them, but it was definitely worth the money and elbow grease to get the stick residue off. Just make sure you buy some Goo Gone with your order of Sticky Paws!
