…So little time. Life recently has been centered around managing my time well. I’ve always considered myself to excel at time management. I was a three sport athlete in high school balancing practices, a social life and school work. Now that I’m in my senior year of college I have many more responsibilities and priorities. These include 18 credit hours, a part time job on campus, a part time job…

So I have been on somewhat of a weight loss journey for a while now. I wouldn’t consider myself obese, as the BMI scale would. I am five foot six inches and I weight 205 pounds. Two summers ago, after I went through a break up, I became addicting to working out. I was going at least once a day for a minimum of two hours.
