Hello!!
I've seen people post GIFs of their Bettas flaring before and I wanted to ask you people if you could help me out with my Betta... I'm afraid that he is constantly flaring or something. If that would really be the case I am concerned about his well being. The thingies on the side of his face keep going up and down, so it doesn't stay up like a real flare but it also doesn't just lay flat. Does anyone know if this is normal? Should I be worried that he's too stressed or something??

First of all, thank you to everyone for giving advice. Some people mentioned that the water flow might be too strong so I decreased the flow of my filter and my Betta stopped doing it! Yay!
(also, I saw that some people thought I had guppies in there with him, but I know that's not okay. I've only got an octinus arnoldi and a tiny school of rasboras in the tank with him, which should be oké. I also followed the rule for one liter per cm fish leaving 10 liters extra for the Betta)
