He jumped, there's been plenty of campfire intrusions tonight. But it never did get any less startling to hear an unfamiliar voice. Just as his mouth opened to responded though his eyes landed on this....cat? Was it a cat?? Shape of his face generally reminded him of one. But the fact he was bipedal, let alone cyclopic and multi limbed, was enough to cause his voice to die in his throat. Instead, just staring down this new creature, mouth agape.
