Artemis is my little hero. Constantly saving me from myself. He may not know exactly how to act when I'm upset (he thrashes about and causes mayhem) but he does try, and that's more than I can say for some. He doesn't even know what he does for me, it's all unconditional, it's all pure, it's all honest. My heart may break but I've got to keep reminding myself that him and his brother are always there to lend a helping paw at mending what can be. I truly am blessed. The affection and attention I lack in my family, them two make up for in excess.
