This Is A Story...

My husband re-enlisted today so we went to a fancy lunch and took a nap 😅. Tomorrow is his first “full” day at his new assignment, which means he will inevitably be leaving again within the next few weeks and his travel will be hectic and frequent until we PCS to the next command. I’m super happy for him because he joined this command to travel a lot and there’s been nothing but setbacks since he got back from Iraq so I’m glad this sorted itself out.

I’ve been waitressing which I’m not happy about but I’m grateful to at least have a job. I have also been applying to grad school programs so I can hopefully get back into the classroom again sooner rather than later. I also am gonna start learning to sew and hopefully start an exercise routine. I just miss having my career and it eats at me some days more than others. It’s been eating at me a lot lately.
