Me: So…. what did you think of the Reunion between Daryl and c0nnie.

Friend: it was cute

Me: do you think it was romantic?

Friend: not at all that was a friend hug. He thought she was dead I actually thought there would be more tears or emotions.

Me: right! So do you think the show is going to make a Daryl C0nnie relationship ?

Friend: I use to think they would but I doubt it now it just doesn’t look like it’s being written that way especially after that reunion. That seemed like a buddy hug. But please stop asking me shipping questions I don’t care who Daryl ends up with.

Me: but do you think it will be with Connie or Carol?

Friend: walks away but yells from afar “ more likely carol but I just want to see the power struggle in the common wealth I don’t care about romance”

Me: are you just saying this to shut me up!

Friends: honestly no it will prob be carol but I don’t think till the very end…

Me: I’ll accept that

I just wanted to share a view point from a true general audience fan. Not part of twitter or reddit or any other messy social media fandoms. He has no bias and has always been honest about Daryl’s relationships.

I do want to add he said to me without provoking “ Leah sure does look like Carol do you think they did that on purpose?”. He immediately regretted saying that because I went on a whole rant.
