Fakir cupped her face in his hands and bent down, pressing his lips to hers, his hand slipping to the nape of her neck. She stretched to tiptoes wrapping her arms around his neck. Electricity buzzed between them, fingers pressing into skin, connections met in some sort of magical binding moment. Breathing short, trying to tie their time together any way they could and yet being gentle, the thought of losing or hurting the other fresh in their minds.

When they separated both of their faces were red, part embarrassment part exhilaration and Ahiru coughed to break the silence, then she let out a laugh that Fakir, after a moment of silence joined in, and the two sat down on the ground, laughing in each other's arms
