I’m planning on spending most of my time relaxing in the city, I don’t think my mum would make me go to anything too boring.

You're fortunate. I'm like a party trick to my parents, they just pull me out and tell me to play the piano or entertain guests.

It could be fun, that way I’m not the only one at the kid’s table. I don’t even think I qualify anymore, and I’ll be forced to make small talk with the adults. I’m sure I could warm up to it.

I'll give it a thought. I'm not particularly sure I want to spend a week and a half in a variety of meet and greets with people I couldn't give a toss about.
