“I didn’t say anything…Were you sleeping?”

Carson. I do not think you are allowed to be sleeping in class. Please wake up.

After seeing the Suicide Squad trailer, I totally know what I’m dressing up as for Halloween.

"Hold on… Are you being sarcastic?"

“No. Were... you?”

“Thank you, Carson. I’ll keep that in mind next time my parents decide to ask about my life.”

“I’m sure you’re familiar with the concept of lying.”

“Am I the only one that gets in shit when I tell my parents I don’t want to go to University?”

“Well, you shouldn’t tell them.”

“Carson! Carson, how did you do that?” Brynn laughed.

“Faith, trust, a bit of pixie dust. So will you do it?”

“My stamp collection is growing! How cool is that?”

“Really cool!” He corrected himself. “Exceedingly cool.”

“I was too busy actually doing that to count."

“I can’t let the carnival go without attempting to change that.”

Brynn reached her hand out, and grabbed his. “I’ll allow it.” She smiled, looking at him. 

“I just realized how awkward I really am. And I’m not even 'cute’ awkward. I’m ‘what the heck is wrong with you’ awkward.”

“You are ‘cute’ awkward, but you’re also the second one.”

He took a brief pause, looking mildly surprised. “Can I hold your hand?”
