Though I haven’t posted on here in a long time, I’ve decided I’m gonna come back for a special project. Emily Giffin (Author and avid Kennedy fan) has written a new book called Meant to Be. It seems to me that this book was inspired by John and Carolyn and I’m going to read the book and see how much of the book is related to John and Carolyn.

I’ll most likely read it in a day, so expect a post in the next few days with my thoughts and comparisons to this iconic couple.

What did Carolyn do? As a career, I mean!

Carolyn worked for Calvin Klein but other than that I’m not sure what she did. I’m class right now but when I’m out I’ll do a little more research for you!!

What did the Kennedy family, particularly Caroline, felt/thought of Carolyn? Do you think Carolyn and John would have stayed together? I personally think they would have. From what I understand, that was a very stressful summer. Do you have any video of them?

Okay, it seems to me the Kennedy family loved Carolyn (some might disagree and that’s okay) Caroline was her matron of honor during her wedding to John (I mean she had two sisters to choose from) plus all of John’s aunts, uncles and cousins loved her. I can try and find some videos for you but videos of Carolyn are very rare.

Was Carolyn's hair naturally curly/wavy? Her hair in earlier pictures of her in college looks a lot more wavy than when she got with John.

Carolyn I think had naturally wavy hair. She most likely straightened everyday it day or every other day when She was with John (from the looks of it)

So I was just on a Kennedy blog where literally everyone was trashing Carolyn and saying she and John were finished. It drives me crazy that people won't listen to John and Catolyns closest friends, but rather chose to believe the liars and trash talkers.

I bugs me so much when people choose to believe media hungry people like Michael Bergin and trash tabloids. When several of John and Carolyn’s close friends who saw them often if not everyday say the opposite.

Not sure if this has been asked but what are your thoughts on Cheistina Haag? I read in an interview that just one year after John married Carolyn, they got in touch and she felt there was a brief possibility of them getting back together. I hope that's just wishful thinking.

I don’t know much about Christina Hagg, just that people love her more than Carolyn for some reason. They claim she was his one true love and they would have gotten back together. If she was the one...how come John married someone else?

People use John and Carolyn fighting as a reason they were going to break up. Hello, couples fight...it’s a sign of a healthy relationship believe it or not. Like you said...it was just wishful thinking

Why do you think there is so much hate and lies towards Carolyn?

I personally think because people believe the rumors that were spread by Michael Bergin in his book. I don’t believe anything that man has to say. There were also rumors that Carolyn did hard drugs and people choose to believe that too without any proof.

Do you have any more videos of John and Carolyn? I just love those two!

I can see what I can find. I’m in class at the moments so if I find anything it won’t be posted until later tonight.

I believe they would have stayed together despite what the media and Michael Bergin were saying. I don’t believe either had affairs again despite what Michael Bergin was saying.
