it’s normal that you want that! jodie and jacob have a great chemistry on screen and their acting is great. they are a very good casting for Henry & Bess. sadly, the script is awful... my expectations are low tbh. so, the episode 1 was okay... i guess (except for the rape scene but i decided to erase it from my memory hehe). i want cute/nice scenes between them and for what i read, it will happen at some point... but will it last? i don’t know...ANYWAY, i want romantic scenes with them as well, so no. it’s not strange ;D

She, sadly, disappears from the historical record not long after this supposed marriage. They’ve tentatively identified remains they believe to be hers, but it isn’t 100% completely proven yet. It’s very likely though.

I don’t know any fanfic about Jasper & Catherine. There is this recent book focusing on Jasper (it’s a trilogy about Tudor men, so the next one will be about Henry btw) but i didn’t read it, so i can’t tell you if Catherine is in it.for what we know, it was a political marriage. it seems they got along well, as a paternership, but not a loving union. they didn’t have children. and it seems that Catherine had an affair during their marriage. but Jasper was the kind of man who didn’t care a lot about this (as long as it was discreet, he probably accepted it -he had two children out of the wedlock as well, even if it was years before their marriage).so yeah, they were probably good acquaintances and even friends, but not lovers. btw, here a gifset about them.
