While I intend to be a faithful interpretation of Stephanie, understand that she has had so many different writers who have all highlighted and downplayed different aspects of herself at different times. As my longest running muse, she's an amalgamation of many depictions and may not line up perfectly with the canon.
My depiction of Stephanie is meant to be 'New Earth'/'Pre-52' Stephanie Brown, who was Spoiler, then Robin, then Spoiler, then Batgirl. Her history and personality most likely does not align with the current depiction of her in modern comics. You do not have to be a Pre-52 muse to interact with her. Just forgive me if I seem unfamiliar with New-52/Rebirth events.
You do not have to be a DC-Comics specific muse to interact with her. I will Yes-And almost anything.
Stephanie Brown has canonically dated Tim Drake. My Stephanie views him as her first love, and does not currently have romantic feelings for him, seeing him as a close friend. (This is open to change, see below).
I am shipping trash and I am open to the idea of shipping Stephanie with other age appropriate characters. Shipping is possible after I know and trust my writing partner and after we've discussed it,

Name: Stephanie Brown
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Nationality: American
Primary Location: Gotham City, New Jersey, United States of America
Languages: English, American Sign Language, Swahili
Orientation: Pansexual; Cis-Woman
Occupation: Student Worker at Gotham University's Library; Vigilante
One of Stephanie's earliest memories is of her father being arrested. She remembers the confusion, the mixed feeling of relief and sadness, and the feeling of being lost. The daughter of a third rate villain in Gotham City, and a mother who had checked out mentally, living near enough to Crime Alley, Stephanie was doomed to be a statistic in Gotham's Crime reports.
She refused that idea. When she was fourteen, and it was clear neither the police nor Batman would be able to catch her father's schemes in time, Stephanie set out herself to leave the trail of clues that would bring him down.
As Spoiler, her works didn't stop there. She continued to fight crime in the ways she could, even when told (reasonably so) to give it up. But she couldn't. She wouldn't. Being Spoiler made her feel alive. It made her feel like she was doing something important. It made her feel like she was more than what everyone else expected her to be.
For a moment, she was even Robin, and she felt the larger tapestry of Gotham settle around her. She realized she wanted to do more than just be angry and take it out on the scum and villainy of the city. She wanted to inspire the kids who were like her. She wanted to bring change to the city.
That burning hope didn't die even when she did. It lasted through her return, and through to her becoming the Batgirl of Gotham City. Trusted with the legacy by the Batgirls before her, Stephanie Brown knows there's more to their line of work than vengeance and justice.
There's room for hope too.
Stephanie is a young woman in her early 20s. She is of average height, with an athletic build, and a slight tan. Her body is covered in a patchwork of scars of different origins, but thankfully they're all in places easy to cover up. She has natural blonde hair that falls in waves to her midback, and blue eyes. She is typically seen wearing jeans and comfortable clothing, usually in shades of green, red, or purple. No discernable tattoos. She has pierced ears, and either has no earrings in, or studs.
