I agree about Tom's apolitical-ness, I really wish he'd utilise his platform more (not to speak because I really do not think celebrities are who anyone should be looking to to speak on important matters) because being apolitical is such a privileged thing to do and in this day and age it is insidious to be apolitical or "neutral" imo

Hey, there's nothing wrong with rebounds. Sometimes they make you realize what you've lost lol. I honestly think she (both of them actually) needed it. They were young when they first started dating, and were kind of in a weird type of hiding relationship for YEARS. They NEEDED a break imo. 🤷

So I hear Josh will be doing press for Ape today. Let’s see how that goes. Right now I’m incredibly disappointed in what has become of Josh. He looks awful. He looks like he hasn’t bathed in months. He posts a picture promoting his Reddit AMA and he looks like he’s been partying for days with no sleep and certainly no concern for hygiene.

Listen, it’s not just that I don’t like his appearance. It’s his complete lack of concern over his appearance that resonates with me. This is a big day for him, and he hasn’t really put any effort into supporting this. When you are proud of your accomplishments and happy with who you are, it shows by the way you present yourself.

I get it - who wants to shave every day? It’s more comfortable to be in a sweatshirt and a beanie. But this isn’t just another day. This is him presenting his first directorial attempt. You want to impress. You want to present yourself in the best possible light. So that’s the picture you use to announce your AMA? Him looking like he’s rolled out of bed after a three-day bender making a stupid face? He’s suppose to be a DIRECTOR - someone who leads and should be taken seriously. What is that?!

Is Josh ill? Is he depressed? Does he have a substance abuse issue? Is he just lazy? What has happened to this guy that we all loved or at least respected so much?

It’s bitterly sad to see this. Today should be a happy day cheering Josh on. Instead I’m disheartened to see what’s become of him.

Maybe he’ll turn it around today, but I’ve learned now to not hope for it. And that’s how I feel about Josh all the time. I’ve lost pretty much all faith in him to make me proud to be his fan.
