        As the usual, vaas had gotten too comfortable being            outside. he wasn’t the one who typically left the compound,            but this time, he decided to volunteer. it had been a while            since he’d stepped out of those walls, and it was really            fucking nice to get some fresh air. the air was laced with            death, but vaas didn’t mind. he’s lighting up his cigarette            when he feels something brush his hand. he immediately            reaches for his pistol, aiming it straight at the thing’s head.            he doesn’t pull the trigger, though. he’s too perplexed by            the sight to shoot right away. he has always enjoyed playing            with fire. ❛ did you just fucking smell me, fucker? what do            i smell like, huh? your next meal? sorry to say, but i am not            up for grabs. ❜

     yes, that’s really exactly what you smell like, something        the monster had mulled over in his fucked little head. he’s        all too familiar with that compound. shadows had formerly        guarded remus, blanketed him so that he could pick off        whoever would make the best meat. his smaller, emaciated        frame jumps whenever the man with the scar notices him at        last. he allows a moderately flat look into his features, an        ability thought to be lost to his kind, much like the words that        dwell on his tongue. he’s not about to be shot by this one.        no, but the more they fight, the more amusing the hunt is.        “hungry.” his words are a small growl. “meat.”
