Happy Birthday to my dnd friend @ellengilmore! I’ve drawn Vetra and Fiona plenty of times, so I might as well draw one that isn’t in our games.

A new arc in the campaign has begun, and Newton has some personal stake in it. We got vampire plots, we got new characters, we got changes in character designs, truly something for everybody.

a lot has happened in the campaign, we got shot out of an airship, then beat up a bunch of hags, then one of the clerics died against will o wisps, explored a literal giant dungeon, had to deal with modify memory nonsense, had assassins come at us and pulled a few clutch moves, we then killed a lot of people and toppled the political structure of an entire country for the sake of one’s guy’s vendetta...so yeah, all in all, basic dnd.

Ah, to have the privilege of actually finishing a DnD module game to completion is a taste i thought was mere myth and legend, but here we are. Fun to be the leading protagonist and actually finish out a character arc with all my friends.

We’ve got 7 people in this party, so plenty of character stuff to happen in the future! Like Avernus, we dont have a team name, but I’m thinking the Band Mates given more than half of us have musical instrument proficiency.

With Avernus done, we move onto the next campaign! Newton gets to shine once again, this time as am edgy Blood Hunter (as if there’s any other kind).
