I baked bread without using a mold for the first time in a while.
I only kneaded the dough in the bread maker (39 min), and then let it rise at room temperature for both the first and second fermentations.
The dough was in good condition, so it shaped well.
I sprinkled some strong flour on top of the dough before putting it in the oven.
Preheat the convection oven to 190°C and bake for 12 minutes.
