The "resting" part of many a traditional witchcraft or even grimoiric working is often overlooked and when done in a conducive setting is very useful for spirit work, spirit flight, visualizing, and some kinds of ritual. For example, having your altar besides your couch or bed, your tools and spell components are laid out. You are inches or mere feet from these tools. You recline and draw without physical movement upon the virtues of those tools and ingredient and begin to visualize a ritual working and transition into doing it in the spirit realm as you go into a dream like trance. Historically, witches would fall asleep with their broom in bed with them to fly to the sabbath-this is similar. Is this the same as physically doing the ritual? No, its different, it might even be better in some situations. With testing you will figure out what kind of spells work that way.

-the I am depressed and sick of it spell: destroy something that is imbued inherently or by your design with something you are so over, just crush it, cut it tear it, dissolve it in vinegar, piss on it, whatever. Doing this in even a slightly conducive setting can build up a power release that might astonish you. The way out of depression isn't always direct to happiness, sometimes a good angry mad can release it. I remember what started to get me out of a long depression was getting very angry and channelling it on my craft like this.
