“Maybe not the first, but I must be one of the hottest right?”

“Yeah... yeah that makes sense” he smiled, kissing the boys cheek. “I guess I’d prefer to have you properly in my arms than just dream hugs”

“Warmer huh?” he asked with a small smile, pulling the other towards him. “You.... you don’t feel weird exactly, I dunno.... like you’re still comfy it just... kinda feels like you’re not totally there?” 

“She’s already off the list. To be honest, she was off the list before that even happened. Surprisingly bad in bed” he laughed. 

“Wait really? Crap.... I better change my lifestyle, you’re awful” he teased, letting out a laugh.

“Oh my god you’re a massive dork” he laughed, reaching towards the other. “Can we like... touch? Am I able to hold your hand and cuddle you and stuff?” he asked. “But the dream is great, the stars are basically perfectly the same as above camp”

“Awh, you break my heart.”

“Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad you’re here and everything, but I wish you weren’t so fuzzy” he admitted, reaching out towards him. “but I can still work out your pretty face so I’ll let it slide this time. How sleepy are you?”

Carmen blushed, smiling softly at the other, listening to him talk. “Mmkay, see you soon then” he mumbled, a moment later, feeling his eyes flutter shut. Suddenly overcome with exhaustion. When he opened his eyes, he was outside under the stars, but inexplicably warm, and he couldn’t help but smile to himself, Henry had actually figured it out. Lying back in the grass, he waited for the other male to appear.

“She’s already off the list. To be honest, she was off the list before that even happened. Surprisingly bad in bed” he laughed. 

Carmen nodded. “Dinner with a cutie” he grinned, wrapping an arm around Henry to pull him closer. “Okay, okay that’s fine.” he nodded. “You’ll be there in the dream right?”

“I mean, I guess I wouldn’t mind trying it just to see what my limitations are. I can do it to myself no problem, but I’ve been doing it for what seems like forever, I wasn’t even aware I was doing it in the first place. I think I’m more worried it’ll have some horrible effect on the other person.” He shrugged, “The only thing I’m certain of is warping sleep patterns.”

“If you promise to either a) make your with me or b) get me a lot of chocolate, you can try stuff out with me? I like helping others test their powers and limitations if I can”

“You got to keep working out to make sure you keep the muscles you have, which is what I do. Beleive my I know I look good, no point messing with perfection”

“I.... okay good. Maybe next time I can take you for dinner beforehand” he offered. “My favourite place? I.... I really like the beach yeah. But... how about we go for.... us lying out in the field watching the stars?”

Hey! I resent that accusation. Sons of Aphrodite don’t usually work out as much as me”

“Nice to meet you. Where did you last tsee him?”

“Hmm, have you talked to any of your siblings? Maybe they took it or had someone in there that might’ve”

“That does make sense, but ... would you want to know if you could? I think that would be an awesome power to have. I know I’d pop into peoples dreams all the time if I could”

“I wish you’d trust me to do more than this but” he started, kissing the other quickly before moving to lie down. “Okay... promise you’ll cuddle up with me and not just leave me here?2
