I'm OBSESSED with Deltarune. Like obsessed obsessed. I used to be obsessed with project moon instead but then project moon fell off (Limbus Company fell off) so it lost its chokehold on me.

I like seeing the little blue activity dot it is very rewarding maybe this is a bad reason to post but I like it

You start Chapter 6, the game cold opens with IMAGE_DEPTHS. The camera pans to the side and it becomes apparent we are seeing through Kris' eyes directly

The ground is grey grass, Goner grey, and the sky is roaring darkness like the sea. Susie is standing with her back turned to us, she's holding a handgun with Jevil horns, and below her is the corpse of a large cat with a wide grin.

She is wearing a suit and sunglasses, she turns around and helps us up. She takes the sunglasses off, folding them in her hand with the icon whip crack sound effect.

"Kris... Where the FUCK are we?!?"

The screen cuts to the DELTARUNE logo, which begins to flood with dark fluid as a heavy guitar rendition of Don't Forget starts playing, quickly trailing off into a continuous heavy riff that fades out, the heart at the center of the logo begins to flicker as it is submerged in darkness.

It's a situation where it would be pretty easy for them to force themself away from all the complicated feelings and fears they've been delvoping, to just put their head down and finish whatever mission they have.

I cannot stop thinking about how kris fucking Death Marches. i cant help but feel like they knew. they knew it was so fucking over. but also it. it breaks my heart so bad how after you drag them around enough they just. they just stop fighting back. they stop fighting and they just resign themself to whatever horrible fucking thing the player does. it. it breaks my heart.

so at the end of the roaring knight battle if you do manage to 'win', someone attacks susie and ralsei out of nowhere. this is probably kris, the direction of the slash and its position in relation to them in combination with their clear allegiance to the knight suggests this is the case (also ralsei's reaction).

This is insane if true, Kris has been doing things all day and presumably hasn't eaten real food since the night in-between chapters 1 and 2, and they've barely slept. Despite all of this they were able to use their seemingly quite limited free action to chop Susie down at a speed so extreme she didn't notice it was them despite literally facing them in the cutscene.

especially when we Never Saw the queen's chariot (this is assuming the 'chariot' is the car you drive during the city section) show up in the weird route, which means that even if you assume each prediction in the prophecy is one time use only, it hasn't been called in there yet.
