But basically if you like depressing stuff, like the writing in my fics (imo I've improved a lot and these are all oc's which makes it easier), like six of crows/percy jackson/agatha all along or anything witchy/gothic/ghost stuff/vampire stuff then you'll most likely like this.
Save the world or your friends but you cannot have both.
These words haunt Lita as she tries to complete several prophecies without facing their consequences.
So Lita, a witch closely entwined with destruction, navigates deceit, corruption and betrayal as a long forgotten vampire, a witch who heals everyone but herself, an unaccepted human, a lost ghost, a wayward werewolf and a desperate wraith willingly follow her.
Little do they know their friend is manipulating them into becoming sacrifices.
Soon enough their easygoing lives of masquerading as college students turns upside down as they confront their sorrowful pasts, painful presents and bleak futures.
The only thing holding them all together?
The idea that if they do not try they will all die.
Along the way this unlikely family confronts the mythical, the horror of humanity and the inescapable wrath of fate.
The old Gods watch these people but they cannot protect them from what is coming.
After all, no one can escape Death.
7 teenagers get recruited for a quest to either save the world or end it. A witch is in charge of these prophecies and she withholds vital information from her friends. Mainly being that if she wants to save the world than she has to kill them all. For the entire journey she manipulates them and tries to ignore her hesitance to kill them after so many centuries of knowing them. They spend this journey grappling with their own pasts and becoming much closer as a group who swear they will always save eachother, even if that does mean hurting their friend who seems to be getting more and more suspicious.
The characters consist of a vampire, called Armaros, from ancient greece who has lost far too many friends and family members. He also has schizophrenia where he sees said dead loved ones and finds it hard to differentiate between the dead and living. The earlier mentioned witch, called Lita, who specialises in death magic and has severe mummy issues. Another witch who specialises in nature/healing/love magic and is quite sick of being treated as the weak/kind one, called Althea. A trans werewolf, called Chardy, who cannot control when he turns into a monster and has a very bloody past because of this (cough doomed siblings cough). A human, called Beatrix, who is in love with said werewolf and is genuinely out here surviving horrible atrocities, although she may be a bit possessed. A non-binary ghost, called Idun, who knows what the witch is planning (as they were adopted by her) and has somewhat reluctantly helped her and now makes it their mission to persuade her not to do it. A ghost, called Achala, who cannot remember how she died but knows that Lita cannot be trusted.
