anyone else still feel like they’re hallucinating all of this

oh to be todd anderson and come back to ur dorm, finally happy because you can get a moment of peace after having to deal with classmates and teachers all day and when you open the door your pretty roommate is already there smiling at you and telling you you look nice despite both of you knowing you look like a mess but everything suddenly feels okay until the door opens again and your pretty roommate’s friends, and now your friends too, barge in and drag you out of your little safe room and to the water where they unceremoniously dump you in and jump in afterwards because they wanted to go swimming and because one of them misunderstood your water metaphor in your poem as literal and thought you wanted to go swimming and want to surprise you and now your soaked but at least your pretty roommate is also soaked and is now wearing a vaguely see through shirt and at least you have friends
