you can never go home because you fell asleep for a thousand years and when you woke up and returned there, your society had changed, your house had fallen and all of your friends were dead. you can never go home because you made a choice and were shattered into pieces and your home was destroyed in your wake. you can never go home because someone took you and changed you against your will and although your home is the same, the person who belonged there is dead. you can never go home because you committed a crime and your family expelled you and even as they extend a hand of reconciliation, you will never forgive them. you can never go home because your home was a person and someone murdered her and now you drift and grieve to the point of insanity. you can never go home because you never knew your sister but she gave you every opportunity you have and now she's dead and your parents see nothing but her in your eyes.

I actually really like the term genderqueer, because the only thing it specifies about your gender is that it's queer in some way. Does that mean you're nonbinary? Binary trans? Cis with some freaky cool gender presentation stuff going on? None of those or all of those? It doesn't matter and I think that's beautiful.

unfortunately with a popular ship sometimes you can see the vision and understand perfectly why it’s popular and why people are passionate about it, but then the people who like it will make it annoying anyway

what is fandoms obsession with putting random specific people on blast publicly over harmless opinions about fictional characters. do people not realize that the people theyre putting on blast are actual Human Beings with feelings behind the screen or is the "mischaracterization" just THAT deep. even as someone who gets bothered by mischaracterization its really not hard to just rant to your friends in private about it, if you dont have any friends to rant to then Maybe put that energy into making some...... or at the very least rant about a general idea perpetuated in the fandom instead of coming for some random ass person for daring to share an opinion online. i really really dont believe bad takes on fictional characters will ever be so important that its worth making an actual person feel like shit over it

exiting a uquiz halfway through when it becomes clear the creator's narrow and immature world view and cultural knowledge leaves them totally unequipped to tell me which peanuts character i am with any degree of accuracy or insight
