Recovery

The most transformative experiences for me have been the ones where I started with pain & transcended into bliss. Realizing that suffering isn't the automatic result of pain, but that it's my attitude, my response, my way of dealing with what presents itself to me, that determines whether I anchor deeper into love, or fall for fear. Everything is an invitation to love deeper. Especially the realisation that we are painfully stuck in fear. It starts with acceptance & stopping the fight against anything we are.

You will not stay stuck in the same patterns forever. You are capable of change. It might be small and you may not be able to see the change day to day, but over time things will get better.
