2) Emotional/Moral Weak Spots - It goes without saying that for Michelle, Iris is a weak spot. She doesn’t have the self control to behave normally and appropriately.

5) Guilty Pleasures - Michelle loves raspberry sorbet. It’s her favorite thing to calm down with after a long day, curled up with it on her couch while she watches some garbage TV.

6) Vices (Physical or Emotional) - She’s really prideful.

10) Fears/Phobias - Ever since she was a little girl, she’s been afraid of garbage disposals. Kind of. They just make her really nervous and she never turns it on or puts her hand near it because she’s so nervous.

Ooh. We don’t know much about Michelle so far other than in the context of Iris and her job so all of this is a real shot in the dark.

- she really likes kids. she doesn’t want kids of her own necesarily but she loves other people’s kids, especially those on her team.

- of the team she’s closest to tk. she can talk to him about his mental health struggles on a personal level since she has some experience with Iris

- she goes to see iris once a week. sometimes Iris isn’t really coherent enough to realize she’s there so she just sits and listens to her talk. other times she tells her about her job and her team

- if she and owen got together, she wouldn’t want to make a big deal out of a wedding. they have a small ceremony in the backyard of the big house. carlos is her best man and tk is owen’s. the team attends and her mother and iris but no one else

- if she and owen don’t get together maybe she meets a nice guy in a bar. he understands her and her relationship with her sister. he loves her sass and throws it right back at her. they’re best friends first and foremost. everything else is just a bonus
