Kinda don't wanna share more of that Star Weibo Gala tbh. Because wdym you are giving BL and GL actors awards while showing clips from their series but you aren't allowing them to walk the red carpet, give interviews or even just sit together? I understand that it's homophobic censorship and that China only tolerates this genre because it makes them money but...two actors of the same sex sitting next to each other is not suggestive to anything. Especially not compared to showing clips of their series on screen (non-suggestive as they were sure)???? Everybody knows they act in BL/GL together, there is nothing to censor here for anyone watching the event, especially not would they just stand or sit next to each other. Nothing. Mind you they made the CHOICE to hold this event in Thailand of all places, THAILAND. None of this makes sense and the more I think about it the more it pisses me off. So yes a few tiny PoohPavel moments did happen and of course individually they were awarded things but I won't be sharing anything more. I'm just kinda not in the mood for that given that context.
