Reducing men, women, literally anyone to nothing but their ethnicity and body is CRAZY to me, stay away. I'm not asking.

This is why I was hesitant making sexy gif sets or posting things about Pavel showing off his muscle. It brings in weird crowds that make me beyond uncomfortable.

Pavel is an actor, a human, an individual. Being attracted to him isn't the problem nor is thirsting over him - not seeing him as anything more than something to jerk off to though? That's a problem. Viewing people of a certain ethnicity as nothing but material to jerk off to? A PROBLEM. And it makes me uncomfortable.

There have been violent threats made against Pavel in the group chat of an official chinese Hooper fanpage and while this is not reflective of every solo fan it once more underlines my suspicion of solo fans. The behaviors of a lot of them are taking over hand, they are getting more and more comfortable in their hate lately.

What started from simply only caring about one actor in a fixed pair (which should be fine and harmless) has slowly been morphing into turning up to ship events and blatantly ignoring one of the actors talking to them, to being rude and dismissive to now one of them feeling comfortable enough to threaten an attack on Pavel in the group chat of the fanclub she admins. Mind you the other admins did not act until this was leaked. She was not held responsible until that point.

I wish I come up with an idea on what to do but there is nothing. Other than continuing to be cautious around solo fans and reporting whatever harmful things that we come across. Because actors see this shit. They see the insults, they see the hate, they see the threats. Of which I am hoping the local police can do something about.

Not to mention that the company needs to make SURE that she is never visiting a Pooh or PoohPavel event EVER again. You can not let a person who threatens to throw acid on one of your artists anywhere near one of your actors, not even the one she likes.

My god. Mind you Pavel solo fans are in no way better, this is not a fandom war, this does not reflect a bunch of people. It's not a "Babecats vs. Hoopers" it's a terrible fucking problem that's been escalating for years.

Tomorrow is Pooh's birthday event and Pavel can only be there if the actors' safety is taken seriously. It would be sad for such a happy day to be ruined because of this but it would be more than understandable would he not feel safe to attend. Because safety comes before work.
