A relationship, be it with friends, family, or special love ones, demands a lot from each party. You cannot say that you are happy with one another when in truth you are trying to find answers for your staying in that relationship. Relationships are proof that we need to get ourselves to a straight path; meaning that we must be able to sacrifice ourselves in order to achieve that. You can't say that you are getting along with the people around real fine when your pride is blasting off the roof. No. Sometimes it is also easy for people to pretend. Many boys pretended that they're straight and deny their sexuality in front of everybody. Many parents keep on blaming the educational system for the failure and deliquency of their children when they know themselves they have a big part on the issue. Many relationships: husbands, wives, baes, and hubbies have pretended to be okay when in truth they are asking for a divorce, a break-up. See? People are good pretenders. In order for a relationship to work out, you don't need to pretend. That is the purpose of the bridge, for the both parties, or if the other party can't, YOU can get to them easily. Bridges are connectors, they eliminate the gap, not obstacles or walls. The next time you think how messy the relationship is, try looking at yourself first. Evaluate. Analyze. Cure the disease. Because if there is one thing I am certain of, a RELATIONSHIP demands a lot from one person but never too much to make it an impossibility.
