My name is Sloane, I am 20yrs old and mentally ill. I’ve been diagnosed with bpd, bipolar type 2, and CPTSD. I’m also physically disabled with POTS and arthritis

This account is mostly just for me to bitch and moan so I don’t end up splitting on people I love the most. I make a lot of kms jokes cause it oddly makes me feel better

one of the most frustrating things about being disabled and chronically ill is that everyone around you is allowed to be worried or scared for you. but the second you yourself say you’re worried or scared, suddenly it’s “you can’t be so negative, think positively, you might be totally fine in five years”

but i have to placate everyone when they’re telling me multiple times a day that they’re scared for my health??

My disability is permanent fuckkkkk 😂 I’m only 20 with permanent chronic illnessesssss and debilitating painnnnnn 😂 oh my goddd I have 50 something more years to go 😂 and I’ll get worse with age

My fp has made so many new friends lately, we hardly see each other anymore. I know she’ll leave me soon and it’s driving me insane ive never been so suicidal
