i miss having plants but my mental health doesn't allow for me to handle caring for them... i've always hated fake plants but i might have to reconsider. i miss having them around but i hate killing them. im very adept at plant care when im not suffering but im hardly ever healthy enough .....

it's so wild how your PTSD triggers are fucking random. why is it that one of my biggest triggers is knocking (like door knocking) when it easily could have been emergency sirens/lights??? i guess there's that certain ringtone too but i experience people knocking on my door unexpectedly way more than that one specific ringtone

im so glad i tried CBD flower, it tames my anxiety SO well, especially THC induced anxiety. it's so weird because i can still have anxious thoughts but it like completely prevents my heartbeat from beginning to race or hyperventilating or shaking........ like all of those stress responses are offline. it's so fucking nice
